This time, it was exciting to see him in his other element: the kitchen! His passion for cooking is infectious, and he has a knack for making even complex techniques seem effortless. Watching him interact with the students, it’s clear his enthusiasm inspires them as well.

Chef Joan Brady, a former student of Chef Greg’s and a restaurant owner in her own right, now brings her experience to the classroom. She focuses on front-of-house skills, teaching students proper service etiquette and guest presentation. During the meal presentation, Chef Joan worked seamlessly alongside the students, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
