Skills can be taught, but having a good heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to treat people well are their top priorities. Today, their team is a wonderful mix of different personalities, strengths, and talents that all work together beautifully.
Trusting the Process
Looking back at their journey, the team noted that they definitely tried to take on way too much by themselves in the very beginning. Their biggest piece of advice to their younger selves?
“Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Give yourself some grace, trust the process, and remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither was Premier!”
